At Madsen Food we specialise in Scandinavian food - such as Smørrebrød (Smörgasbord), Buffets and Canapés. For anyone who hasn't yet discovered them, Smørrebrød are Danish open sandwiches. Typically made with dark rye bread, toppings include pickled herring with dill mayonnaise, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, Greenland shrimp, crayfish tails with lime mayonnaise and caviar. Asparagus, mushrooms and even sliced baby potatoes can all fit on top too.

We use fresh ingredients in season and our bread is made from organic stone ground flour.. And you can indulge with a clear conscience because you'll be eating healthily with all that whole grain bread and fish.
